Daniel Conaway

As Vice President of Operations, Daniel leads the growth and success of our St. Louis office’s construction teams. In this role, Daniel is responsible for crafting high-performance teams, providing strategic direction and leadership management, to ensure projects are executed with precision and in alignment with our core values.

Since graduating from the University of Missouri Science & Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Daniel has accumulated over 23 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on healthcare, commercial, and academic institutions.

Daniel is actively involved in numerous industry organizations, such as the Associated General Contractors of Missouri (AGC), Missouri Society of Healthcare Engineering (MOSHE), and has a Health Care Construction (HCC) certification by the American Society of Healthcare Engineering (ASHE).
