Russell served as General Contractor for the new construction of a 24,238 s.f. freestanding banking facility originally developed for Westbridge Bank & Trust.
The project included:
- Single-story structural design tailored for institutional banking operations
- Full interior and exterior build-out with teller lines, private offices, and support spaces
- Coordination of MEP systems and secure infrastructure
Delivered through a Design-Bid-Build method, the facility was completed prior to the bank’s acquisition and now operates under Midland Bank.
