welcome: new team members

We are thrilled to have welcomed seven new team members in Quarter 4 of 2022! 

KIMBERLY MOELLER – Legal Assistant

Kimberly Moeller joined our Quad Cities office as our Legal Assistant in October. She brings 17 years of legal experience and currently attends Eastern Iowa Community College for Business Management. She enjoys staying active by biking, hiking, and walking her dogs in her free time. 

AUSTIN FICKEN – Project Engineer

Austin Ficken joined our Kansas City office as a Project Engineer in October. As a graduate of Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Science and Management, he brings over 10 years of experience in the construction industry. He enjoys playing golf, spending time with family, and rooting for K-State and the Kansas City Chiefs.

AMANDA SKRILOFF– RFM – Accountant

Amanda Skriloff joined the accounting team in the Quad Cities office as a RFM-Accountant in October. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from St. Ambrose University. In her spare time, Amanda enjoys watching her kids participate in sports and activities, spending time with family and friends, walking her dogs, reading, and puzzles!

ZACHARY ARVANIS – Project Manager

Zachary joined our Quad Cities office as a Project Manager in November. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Augustana College and brings over nine years of experience in the construction industry. Fun fact: Zachary is a top-level national bodybuilder!

BJ POWELL- Project Executive

BJ Powell joined our Kansas City office as a Project Executive in November. BJ holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. His proudest accomplishment was developing and implementing a safety in design idea on a design-build project that was directly attributed to saving the life of a craft labor employee. In his free time, BJ coaches two youth clay target shooting teams and has been a hunting mentor and marksmanship instructor for many years.

JOSHUA WEBER- Project Manager

Joshua Weber joined our St. Louis office as a Project Manager in November. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Southeast Missouri State University.  He brings seven years of experience in the construction industry and is passionate about creating a project culture that is focused on building and maintaining great relationships. 

MATT HOLUB- Director of Preconstruction

Matt Holub joined our Kansas City office as a Director of Preconstruction in December. Matt holds a degree in Construction Science and Management from Kansas State University and brings 23 years of experience in the construction industry. In his spare time, Matt enjoys deer hunting, camping, home improvement projects, and traveling.
