MIKE POSTER – Chief Financial Officer

Mike Poster joined Russell as Chief Financial Officer in October. Mike brings over 36 years of experience in finance. In his role, Mike oversees construction accounting, Talent & Development, and Information Technology, playing a key role in Russell’s financial strategy and internal operations. 

MICHAEL SCHNEIDER – Vice President of Business Development, St. Louis

Michael Schneider joined Russell in the St. Louis office as Vice President of Business Development in December. Michael brings over 17 years of construction industry experience. In his role, Michael leverages his extensive knowledge to drive strategic growth, foster client relationships, and identify opportunities that align with Russell’s mission. 

NICK LANGE – Director of Preconstruction

Nick Lange joined Russell in the St. Louis office as Director of Preconstruction in November. Nick brings over 15 years of construction industry expertise to Russell. In his role, Nick leads a team of professionals dedicated to ensuring project success from concept to construction by providing detailed cost analysis, value engineering, and innovative planning solutions. 

JASON HORMAN – Superintendent

Jason Horman joined Russell in the St. Louis office as a Superintendent in November. Jason brings over 15 years of construction experience to Russell. In his role, Jason is responsible for day-to-day on-site activities, including coordination of subcontractors, schedule control, and identification and resolution of any on-site challenges that may arise.
