We are thrilled to have welcomed nine new team members in Quarter 4 of 2023!Â
DANIELLE ROGERWALL – Property Management Accountant
Danielle Rogerwall joined Russell in the Quad Cities office as Property Management Accountant in October. Danielle graduated from the University of Phoenix with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and has been working in the accounting field for over 19 years. In her new role, Danielle will handle accounting duties for the Property Management team.Â
HOLLY GALVIN – Talent & Benefits Coordinator
Holly Galvin joined Russell in the Quad Cities office as Talent & Benefits Coordinator in October. Holly graduated from Western Illinois University with a bachelor’s degree in human resource management and has been working in the HR field for over seven years. In her new role, Holly assists employees with benefits enrollment and questions, verifies all insurance billing, and maintains the employee database.
MATT SAYRE – Chief Operating Officer
Matt Sayre joined Russell in the Quad Cities office as Chief Operating Officer in October. Matt brings over 24 years of construction industry experience in executive leadership, project management, and business development. In his role, Matt oversees operations in all three markets, including Quad Cities, St. Louis, and Kansas City.
MASON HOGREN – Superintendent
Mason Hogren joined Russell in the Quad Cities office as Superintendent in October. Mason brings over 14 years of industry experience to our field leadership team. In his new role, Mason is responsible for day-to-day on-site activities including coordination of subcontractors, schedule control, and identification and resolution of any on-site challenges.
LUKE DEMMEL – Senior Project Manager
Luke Demmel joined Russell in the Quad Cities office as a Senior Project Manager in October. Luke graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in Construction Engineering and he brings with him over 10 years of industry experience. In his role, Luke’s key project responsibilities include cost estimate preparation, overall project organization, budget analysis, and schedule management through contract closeout.
DAN SPROTT – Project Manager
Dan Sprott rejoined Russell in the Quad Cities office as a Project Manager in November. Dan graduated from Indiana State University and has over 21 years of construction industry experience. In his role, Dan’s responsibilities encompass project planning, budget management, resource allocation, and effective communication with project teams.
JORDAN DAMEWOOD – Project Manager
Jordan Damewood joined Russell in the St. Louis office as a Project Manager in November. Jordan graduated from Missouri State University and has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry. In his new role, Jordan is responsible for cost estimate preparation, overall project organization, budget analysis, and schedule management.
KATE STALDER – Project Engineer
Kate Stalder joined Russell in the Quad Cities office as a Project Engineer in December. Kate has over eight years of experience in the construction industry. As Project Engineer, Kate’s responsibilities are to lend support to the project manager and assist in budget and schedule creation, maintenance, and adherence.
DAWN RAHE – Office Assistant
Dawn Rahe joined Russell in the Quad Cities office as an Office Assistant in December. In her role, Dawn will be responsible for sorting and distributing communications.
