Cassie Heller joined Russell in the St. Louis office as a Project Manager in July. In her role, Cassie supports project planning, budget management, resource coordination, and communication across project teams while serving as a primary point of contact throughout the construction phase.

GREG ZALEWSKI – Preconstruction Executive
Greg Zalewski joined Russell in the Kansas City office as a Preconstruction Executive in July. In his role, Greg leads preconstruction efforts, including budgeting, estimating, and early project planning. He collaborates closely with clients, design teams, and project stakeholders to develop accurate estimates, evaluate constructability, and ensure a seamless transition from preconstruction into active construction.

ED TROMBLEY – Senior Superintendent
Ed Trombley joined RussellÂ
in the Kansas City office as a Senior Superintendent in July. In his role, Ed oversees all on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards while coordinating day-to-day field activities.
JOE MOSCIARO – Project Manager
Joe Mosciaro joined Russell in the Kansas City office as a Project Manager in July. In his role, Joe leads project planning, budget oversight, schedule management, and coordination of project teams from construction through closeout.

Gene Martin joined Russell in the Kansas City office as a Superintendent in July. In his role, Gene oversees daily jobsite activities, coordinates subcontractors, and ensures work is executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project plans.

ROB GRZYB – Director of Field Operations
As Director of Field Operations, Rob provides operational leadership and oversight to ensure seamless field execution across all projects. With extensive experience in managing field teams, Rob specializes in fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement on every job site.

RYAN SCHOONHOVEN – Field Engineer
Ryan Schoonhoven joined Russell in the Quad Cities office as a Field Engineer in July. In his new role, Ryan provides technical support, troubleshoots, and offers on-site assistance on project job sites, working closely with the project manager, engineers, and construction teams.

BOB LEIMBERG – Senior Project Manager
Bob Leimberg joined Russell in the St. Louis office as a Senior Project Manager in July. In his role, Bob leads project execution through planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination of internal teams and trade partners to ensure successful delivery.

JORDAN EDMUNDS – Insurance Coordinator
Jordan Edmunds joined Russell in the Quad Cities office as an Insurance Coordinator in August. In her role, Jordan supports project teams by managing insurance documentation and ensuring compliance with owner, subcontractor, and contractual insurance requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

SHANNON KERSCHIETER – Preconstruction Coordinator
Shannon Kerschieter joined Russell in the Quad Cities office as a Preconstruction Coordinator in August. In her role, Shannon supports preconstruction efforts by assisting with proposal development, coordinating schedules and documentation, and helping project teams stay organized during budgeting, estimating, and early planning phases.

Seth Hampel joined Russell in the Springfield office as a Project Manager in September. In his role, Seth supports project planning, budget management, scheduling, and coordination of project teams throughout the construction process.

Tom Camp joined Russell in the Kansas City office as a Senior Superintendent in September. In his role, Tom oversees on-site construction operations, manages subcontractor coordination, and ensures projects meet safety, quality, and schedule expectations.

Enrique Franco joined Russell in the Kansas City office as a Project Engineer in August. In his role, Enrique supports project teams by coordinating documentation, assisting with scheduling and budgeting, and managing submittals and RFIs. He helps ensure projects progress smoothly and meet quality and performance expectations.
JOSH ALLEN – Preconstruction Engineer
Josh Allen joined Russell in the Kansas City office as a Preconstruction Engineer in September. In his role, Josh supports preconstruction activities by assisting with estimating, quantity takeoffs, and bid preparation. He collaborates with project teams to analyze plans and specifications, develop budgets, and identify opportunities for value engineering to ensure accurate and competitive proposals.
DARREL TROYER – Superintendent
Darrel Troyer joined Russell in the Kansas City office as a Superintendent in September. In his role, Darrel oversees daily jobsite operations, coordinates field activities, and ensures work is completed safely and in accordance with project plans.

Claire Crippen joined Russell in the Quad Cities office as Director of First Impressions in October. In her role, Claire welcomes visitors, manages front desk operations, and provides administrative support. She ensures a professional and positive experience for clients, guests, and team members while assisting with daily office coordination.
MICHELLE LOKENVITZ – Assistant Controller
Michelle Lokenvitz joined Russell in the Quad Cities office as an Assistant Controller in October. In her role, Michelle supports financial operations by assisting with accounting processes, financial reporting, and ensuring accuracy and compliance across construction projects and company operations.
