SEAN MCGINN – Director of Information Technology
Sean McGinn joined Russell in the Quad Cities office as Director of Information Technology in July. Sean brings over 24 years of experience in IT. In his role, Sean leads the Information Technology department and oversee the management of Russell’s information systems and technology infrastructure.
JEFF BARSNESS – Director of Virtual Design & Construction
Jeff Barsness joined Russell in the Quad Cities office as Director of Virtual Design & Construction in August. Jeff brings over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, including more than seven years specializing in VDC. In his new role, Jeff will lead the VDC department, overseeing the implementation of advanced technologies and innovative practices to enhance project efficiency and accuracy.
COURTNEY GLAZER – Project Engineer
Courtney Glazer joined Russell in the St. Louis office as a Project Engineer in July. Courtney brings over six years of construction experience to Russell. In her role, Courtney provides support to the Project Manager, tackling challenges head-on and developing effective solutions to keep the project on track.
LORI TAULBEE – Project Coordinator
Lori Taulbee joined Russell in the Quad Cities office as Project Coordinator in August. Lori brings over five years of construction experience to Russell. In her role, Lori supports the project team with planning, organizing, and administration.
KATE ODLE-PARKINSON – Project Manager
Kate Odle-Parkinson joined Russell in the St. Louis office as a Project Manager in July. In her role, Kate’s key responsibilities include overall project organization, managing all project aspects, analyzing budgets, and overseeing schedule management through to contract closeout.
RYAN MOONEY – Superintendent
Ryan Mooney joined Russell in the St. Louis office as a Superintendent in July. Ryan has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. In his role, Ryan’s responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day tasks on project job sites and collaborating closely with Project Managers and trade partners.
MALLORY MERRIT – Chief Asset Officer
Mallory Merritt joined Russell in the Quad Cities office as Chief Asset Officer in September. Mallory brings over nine years of experience to Russell. In her new role, Mallory is responsible for overseeing and managing Russell’s physical and financial assets.
GHAITH SHAKER – Quality Control Manager
Ghaith Shaker joined Russell in the Kansas City office as a Quality Control Manager in August. In his role, Ghaith ensures that the building materials and construction processes meet established standards to guarantee the safety and durability of the finished structure.
JOHN NIEDERHOFER – Site Safety & Health Officer
John Niederhofer joined Russell in the Kansas City office as a Site Safety & Health Officer in August. In his new role, John oversees the implementation of safety protocols, identifies potential hazards, and promotes a safe working environment for all employees on the construction site.
EVAN KAMP– Superintendent
Evan Kamp joined Russell in the St. Louis office as a Superintendent in August. In his role, Evan’s responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day tasks on project job sites and collaborating closely with Project Managers and trade partners.
ASHLEY GRASS – Preconstruction Manager
Ashley Grass joined Russell in the St. Louis office as a Preconstruction Manager in September. In her role, Ashley plans and budgets stages of construction projects, ensuring that all necessary resources, materials, and personnel are in place before construction begins.
KYLE JECKS – Project Engineer
Kyle Jecks joined Russell in the Quad Cities office as a Project Engineer in September. In his new role, Kyle works closely with the Project Manager and Superintendent, ensuring that the design plans are implemented correctly and that the project is completed on time and within budget.
