JOSH GIVENS – Superintendent

Josh Givens joined Russell in the St. Louis office as a Superintendent in April. In his role, Josh oversees daily jobsite operations, coordinates with subcontractors, and ensures adherence to project schedules and safety standards.

 

 

CHRIS HENRY – Senior Project Manager

Chris Henry joined Russell in the St. Louis office as a Senior Project Manager in April. In his role, Chris leads project execution through planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination of internal teams and trade partners to ensure successful delivery.

 

DALLAS JOHNSON – Senior Superintendent

Dallas Johnson joined Russell in the Springfield office as a Senior Superintendent in April. In his role, Dallas leads field operations on complex projects, manages site teams, and ensures adherence to safety, quality, and schedule requirements.

 

MATT KEISTER – Senior Project Manager

Matt Keister joined Russell in the Quad Cities office as a Senior Project Manager in April. In his role, Matt oversees budgeting, scheduling, and overall project organization while serving as the primary client contact from planning through completion.

 

ANDY PAXSON – Superintendent 

Andy Paxson joined Russell in the Quad Cities office as a Superintendent in May. In his role, Andy manages day-to-day site activities, coordinates trade partners, and helps keep projects moving safely and on track.

 

 

SCOTT STANLEY – Project Executive

Scott Stanley joined Russell in the Springfield office as a Project Executive in May. In his role, Scott oversees a project’s contract phases, providing leadership to ensure the finished product is delivered on budget and on schedule.

 

 

JOSH FISHER – Project Manager

Josh Fisher joined Russell in the Springfield office as a Project Manager in May. In his role, Josh oversees project delivery, including budgeting, scheduling, and client communication, to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

 

DREW BENZ – Field Engineer

Drew Benz joined Russell in the Quad Cities office as a Field Engineer in May. In his role, Drew supports scheduling, coordination, and supervision of jobsite activities, assisting the project team to ensure the safe and efficient completion of work.

 

ROBERT LUEBBERS – Superintendent 

Robert Luebbers joined Russell in the Kansas City office as a Superintendent in May. In his role, Robert leads on-site construction activities, oversees subcontractor coordination, and ensures work meets Russell’s safety and quality standards.

 

CODY LANNING – Marketing and Communications Manager

Cody Lanning joined Russell in the Quad Cities office as Marketing and Communications Manager in May. In this role, Cody leads Russell’s marketing strategy and communications efforts, including social media, digital presence, and internal communications, helping tell the story of Russell’s people and projects.

 

LEVI NEESE – Systems Support Specialist

Levi Neese joined Russell in the Quad Cities office as a Systems Support Specialist in May. In his role, Levi provides technical support across the organization, helping ensure Russell’s systems and technology run smoothly for team members every day.

NICK SCHENK – Project Manager

Nick Schenk joined Russell in the St. Louis office as a Project Manager in May. In his role, Nick manages project budgets, schedules, and team coordination while serving as a key point of contact for clients throughout construction.

 

 

PAIGE MILLER – Controller, Real Estate Development

Paige Miller joined Russell in the Quad Cities office as Controller, Real Estate Development in May. In her role, Paige oversees financial reporting and accounting for Russell’s real estate development projects, supporting sound financial decision making across the portfolio.

 

JIM GRZESIK – Preconstruction Manager

Jim Grzesik joined Russell in the St. Louis office as a Preconstruction Manager in May. In his role, Jim leads preconstruction efforts, including budgeting, estimating, and early project planning, to help ensure a smooth transition into construction.

Joe Pancratz joined Russell in the Quad Cities office as a Superintendent in June. In his role, Joe directs daily jobsite activities, coordinates subcontractors, and enforces safety protocols to keep projects progressing smoothly.

 

 

OWEN HARRINGTON – Senior Superintendent

Owen Harrington joined Russell in the Kansas City office as a Senior Superintendent in June. In his role, Owen oversees field execution on Russell’s larger projects, guiding site teams and upholding rigorous safety, quality, and scheduling standards.

 

NATHAN THORNE – Preconstruction Manager

Nathan Thorne joined Russell in the St. Louis office as a Preconstruction Manager in June. In his role, Nathan guides projects through the preconstruction phase, managing cost estimating, budget development, and early planning efforts.

 

GRACIE VEST – People and Culture Coordinator

Gracie Vest joined Russell in the Quad Cities office as a People and Culture Coordinator in June. In her role, Gracie supports employee engagement, onboarding, and culture initiatives that help make Russell a great place to work.

NICK DYKSTRA – Preconstruction Engineer

Nick Dykstra joined Russell in the Quad Cities office as a Preconstruction Engineer in June. In his role, Nick supports preconstruction activities by assisting with estimating, quantity takeoffs, and bid preparation.

Ken Cook joined Russell in the Springfield office as Director, Business Development in June. In his role, Ken leads local business development efforts, building relationships and driving strategic growth throughout the Springfield market.

 

ADAM LAVINE – Preconstruction Manager

Adam Lavine joined Russell in the Quad Cities office as a Preconstruction Manager in June. In his role, Adam manages budgeting, estimating, and design-phase planning to help set projects up for a successful transition into construction.
