st. peters senior living BEGINS!
Russell’s St. Louis office is excited to partner with a long-time client, O’Reilly Development Corporation, to build the new St. Peters Senior Living Community project in St. Peters, Missouri.
After learning about the perspective project from O’Reilly Development in March 2020, the Russell HBD team worked diligently to formulate the comprehensive budget and drawings and negotiate with the owners until awarded the project in July 2021.
The St. Peters Senior Living Community project will begin immediately and is set to meet completion in December 2023. The four-story, almost seven-acre senior living facility will contain:
- 91 independent-living units
- 44 assisted-living units
- 18 memory care units
- Entertainment areas such as a bistro, community room, wellness facility, and fitness facility.
- Outdoor amenities will include a walking path surrounding the facility, two courtyard areas, and a fenced-in dog park.
- Covered drop-off area with a 134-space parking lot for residents and visitors
In preparation for the project, Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) services will be utilized for clash-detection purposes.
The St. Peters Senior Living Facility will be our fourth project completed with the Springfield, Missouri-based O’Reilly Development Corporation.
