Russell Welcomes Nathan Sanders as Vice President, Mission Critical
Russell is excited to announce that Nathan Sanders, MSPM, MBB has joined the firm as Vice President, Mission Critical. Nathan will lead and expand Russell’s mission critical sector, strengthening the company’s capabilities in data centers, advanced infrastructure, and high-performance environments.
Nathan brings nearly 20 years of experience across startup and global infrastructure organizations, driving growth in the energy, utility, and mission critical sectors. He has secured major contracts spanning power generation, transmission and distribution, renewables, and data centers. Known for turning strategy into measurable results, he has led continuous improvement initiatives while strengthening risk management, commercial operations, and cross-functional team performance in complex, high-growth markets.
