Russell Welcomes Electro Freeze to Russell Industrial Park

The Russell Industrial Park reached another milestone with a 301,320 s.f. industrial lease to Electro Freeze, a global leader in frozen treat machine innovation and manufacturing.

This lease brings the fourth of six buildings in the 95-acre park to full occupancy and will more than double Electro Freeze’s production capacity while expanding its customer service, technical service, and engineering operations. Russell will customize the facility to support the company’s continued growth and global expansion.

With nearly 1.5 million s.f. planned across the park and approximately 500,000 s.f. currently available, Russell Industrial Park is a premier Midwestern manufacturing hub offering modern facilities, strategic transportation access, and scalable solutions for leading industrial users.
