new mulberry health clinic awarded 

Nothing is more exciting then new projects, especially when they are with new clients!

Russell is excited to announce a new project with the Muscatine Health Support Foundation for their brand-new Mulberry Health Clinic! The new, $14 million updated family practice is an important step for the Muscatine community! This new clinic will grant easier access to their currently provided health services, as well as create opportunities to expand beyond their current capabilities. An increase of 12,000 s.f. from their existing 42,000 s.f. space will allow for growth in healthcare provider recruitment, retention, and care, and will better adapt to the ever-changing health services needed.

With support from a familiar name to Russell, UnityPoint Health, construction of the new clinic is set to begin in July 2022 and is expected to reach completion in October 2023 after the demolition of the current clinic, which will serve as employee parking.

This project marks our first with the Muscatine Health Support Foundation! As a community-focused company, we are thrilled to be a part of a project like the Mulberry Health Clinic that seeks to benefit its community and citizens.
