82,000 s.f. pre-engineered metal building that serves as an indoor turf practice facility for the band, a back-up for athletics and an area for recreational sports. Other features include:

This was the first Design/Build project for the University of Iowa.

 

Starting with the design process and ending with a project that was within budget and on-time on an aggressive schedule, your team provided a positive experience for the University of Iowa on its first design/build delivery project.  The Russell team’s depth of knowledge and experience with the design/build delivery process, design management and construction was essential to the completion of the project.
