Phase I
The first phase of this project included a two-story, 20,000 s.f. ground-up assisted living wing and the rehabilitation of an existing four-story assisted living wing with over 15,000 s.f. that needed to be completely gutted.
Phase II
The second phase of this project included a four-story, completely gutted rehab of two assisted living wings with more than 55,000 s.f. of space.
This project won the 2009 Addition of Merit Award-The City of Kirkwood Landmarks Commission
