The third building in the complex, The Edward Jones Building, is an eight-story, 228,000 s.f. Class A office space that was constructed under very strict budgeting and scheduling constraints. Building III was primarily constructed for the tenant, Edward Jones Financial Services, and tailored strictly to their exacting requirements for the interior tenant finish. While Russell had no previous experience working for Edward Jones, we were quickly able to establish a good line of communication to cater to their specific needs, delivering a successful project and maintaining a happy client.
Russell worked with the design team to make suggestions regarding the constructability of the design. Safety was a particular challenge due to the heights of these high-rise buildings and the tight working quarters around the building. Russell coordinated hoisting to minimize the impact on the various work locations and achieved a safe working place for the project throughout.
