As Chief Financial Officer – Real Estate, Vicky collaborates closely with Russell’s real estate team on project proformas, manage lender and equity relationships, guide investor communications, and drive revenue growth strategies. With 30 years of accounting and financial management expertise, she leads the development of financial strategies and performance measurements for Russell’s Real Estate Team.
Passionate about her community, Vicky lends her time and talents to various local organizations. Within the community, Vicky is a part of the Scott County Family YMCA, the Orion Educational Foundation Board, and the Orion Fall Festival. Just as passionate about her work, she lends her talents to the Quad Cities Chapter of Construction Financial Managers Association (CMFA) in her spare time.
