Ryan Schroeder

As President of Russell’s Kansas City office, Ryan leads strategic growth across the region with a focus on expanding client relationships, strengthening market presence, and fostering a high-performing office culture. With more than 37 years of experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry, he is recognized for his leadership, innovation, and people-first approach.

Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from Kansas State University. He is a dedicated supporter of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Kansas City and continues to advance his leadership skills through his affiliation with the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD).
