In his role as Vice President, Matt makes key contributions to Business Development outreach efforts. With over 20 years of industry experience, Matt’s focus is to help grow the Russell brand. He uses targeted individuals and firms to support his Russell team members, ensuring existing client relationships reach their fullest potential.
Matt received his undergraduate degree in Business Management from Luther College, is a Certified Professional Services Marketer, and a graduate of the University of Maryland Robert H. Smith School of Business Leadership Advancement Program. As an avid supporter of the community, Matt is active in numerous national and local organizations such as Urban Land Institute and the Lodging Conference. Just as passionate about his industry, Matt is a member of the Iowa Association of Business & Industry and the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS).
