As a Preconstruction Executive, Jason leads early project planning and estimating through detailed cost analysis, strategic guidance, and communication that supports informed decisions. Entering the construction industry in 2004, he has guided preconstruction efforts of over 30 higher education, industrial, warehouse, and commercial projects totaling over 1 million s.f., from concept through bid.

Jason mentors and develops preconstruction professionals, fostering growth through hands-on guidance and knowledge sharing. He supports bid reviews, subcontractor selection, and coordination with clients and design teams, helping build team capability while delivering accurate pricing, aligned expectations, and strong project outcomes.
