In her role as Vice President of People and Culture, Cara leads Russell’s human resources strategy, guiding talent acquisition, team member development, and initiatives that strengthen culture across the organization. With 19 years of experience in human resources, she brings a proven ability to lead high-performing teams and implement strategies that support sustainable growth.

 

Cara partners closely with leadership to attract, develop, and retain top talent while advancing programs that enhance engagement, performance, and career development. Her collaborative approach and focus on continuous improvement help ensure Russell’s people strategies support the company’s mission of building great people, relationships, and communities.

 

Cara holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and has earned several professional certifications, including Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Korn Ferry Certified Coach, and Profiler 360 Coach.
