Caitlin Russell Brandt and Ewing Development break ground on Vintage Co-Op Bettendorf

Groundbreaking: Vintage Cooperative of Bettendorf

GROUNDBREAKING: VINTAGE COOPERATIVE OF BETTENDORF

Construction is officially underway following the groundbreaking of the new $18 million Vintage Cooperative of Bettendorf on Tuesday, July 28th. The new three-story, 62-unit senior living cooperation will be constructed on a 15.5 acre plot of land that is being developed by Ewing Development. This 149,975 s.f. facility will include a community gathering space, great room with a large deck, a fitness center, library, vintage lounge, gardening space, and even heated underground parking. Each unit is available in thirteen different floor plans, offering up to 1,800 s.f. of living space. To gain residency here, a person at least 55 years of age would buy a share in the cooperative corporation. The monthly dues would be used to cover the cost of the mortgage, maintenance, and utilities. Although construction isn’t anticipated to be completed until the fall of 2021, Ewing Development’s Marketing Manager, Rhonda Ludwig, shares that ten units have already been sold!

Currently being constructed by Russell is another $8 million Vintage Cooperative for Ewing Development in Altoona, IA. This new facility is slightly smaller than the one being constructed in Bettendorf, but is on track to be completed by the end of 2020.

Russell is proud to have this partnership with Ewing Development and is excited to bring these projects to life for them!
