Renewal by andersen breaks ground on new facility

Renewal by Andersen officially broke ground on a new facility in Davenport, IA on November 16, 2022!

Since 2017, Renewal by Andersen has been providing replacement windows and doors, along with design and installation services, to the Quad Cities community. 

The new facility will allow the company to expand to sustainably meet the growing demand for Renewal by Andersen products. At 55,000 s.f., the new building will more than quadruple the size of the company’s operating facilities in Davenport, IA – with 30,000 s.f. dedicated to warehousing, training facilities and offices. The remaining space will offer a similar layout and be available to local businesses for lease on a build-to-lease basis.
