Groundbreaking: Community 1st Credit Union Corporate Headquarters
On Tuesday, August 7th ground was officially broken for the new 24,000 s.f. Community 1st Credit Union Corporate Headquarters in Ottumwa, IA.
This single story, wood framed building will provide office space, conference centers and training facilities for up to 100 employees. The building’s unique, curved design will also provide parking space for 130 vehicles and allow for easy access to the Ottumwa bypass.

Construction is now underway for the new Community 1st Credit Union Headquarters in Ottumwa and is expected to be completed by July of 2019. We are excited to be serving as the general contractor as we bring this project to life for the Ottumwa community.
