Russell is proud to be a founding member of United Way Quad Cities’ new QC Dividend Program! 

The QC Dividend Program – launched at the 2023 Generosity Dividend Event – promotes corporate philanthropy by recognizing and honoring companies that donate at least 1% of their pre-tax earnings to charitable organizations. 

Our exceptional Russell team was honored at the event with the Outstanding Corporate Engagement Award. This award recognizes a corporate partner that has embraced corporate social responsibilities as part of its community engagement and business strategies. 

Giving to the United Way Quad Cities is just one of the many ways that Russell team members demonstrate our value and commitment to generously giving back to the communities that we call home. We are excited to be a part of this new program and to look forward to seeing how it positively impacts Quad Citizens.
