Phil Harms

As Senior Vice President of Business Development, Phil Harms drives business development strategy, pipeline management, pursuit selection, sales forecasting, and revenue growth across all markets. He also leads and collaborates with the Marketing, Preconstruction, and Operations teams to strengthen client relationships and support profitable growth. 

Known for his relationship-driven, consultative approach, Phil excels at aligning sales, operations, and cross-functional teams around shared growth goals, enabling him to scale organizations and build lasting partnerships with contractors and builders.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing from Western Illinois University with a focus on Supply Chain Management and is a Six Sigma Green Belt.
