Ken Cook

As Director of Business Development, Ken leads growth and relationship-building efforts for Russell throughout Southwest Missouri and Northwest Arkansas. He focuses on developing strategic partnerships, identifying new opportunities, strengthening relationships with clients and industry partners, and helping connect Russell’s capabilities with the needs of organizations throughout the region.

Ken brings extensive executive leadership, business development, and entrepreneurial experience to Russell. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership and ownership roles across several manufacturing and business organizations. Additionally, he has started and sold two businesses and currently has short-term real estate investment properties. His background gives him a broad perspective on business strategy, operational growth, client relationships, and the importance of building long-term partnerships.

A Desert Storm U.S. Navy Seabee veteran, Ken brings a strong appreciation for teamwork, accountability, and a can-do attitude. Having spent much of his professional career working with businesses and leaders throughout the region, he is passionate about the continued growth of Southwest Missouri and Northwest Arkansas and about strengthening Russell’s presence and relationships throughout those communities.
