MICHELLE MONTGOMERY – Senior Project Coordinator
Michelle Montgomery joined Russell in the Quad Cities office as a Senior Project Coordinator in January. In her role, Michelle supports project teams with documentation, scheduling, and communication. She tracks project progress, prepares reports, and helps ensure projects stay organized and on schedule.
RYAN KIRBY – Regional Traveling Superintendent
Ryan Kirby joined Russell in the Kansas City office as a Superintendent in January. In his role, Ryan leads on-site construction activities across multiple regions, traveling as needed to support projects, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project plans.
OTIS NORRIS – Laborer Foreman
Otis Norris joined Russell in the Kansas City office as a Laborer Foreman in January. In his role, Otis oversees labor crews and supports day-to-day jobsite activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project needs, while assisting construction teams with essential site operations.
LISA MANDERSCHEID – Subcontracts Accounts Payable
Lisa Manderscheid joined Russell in the Quad Cities office as a Subcontracts Accounts Payable Specialist in January. In her role, Lisa manages subcontractor payables across multiple projects, ensuring accurate processing, timely payments, and compliance with contractual and project requirements, while supporting coordination between project and accounting teams.
BRAYDEN DESMOND – Project Engineer
Brayden Desmond joined Russell in the St. Louis office as a Project Engineer in January. In his role, Brayden supports project teams by coordinating documentation, assisting with scheduling and budgeting, and managing submittals and RFIs. He helps ensure projects progress smoothly and meet quality and performance expectations.
ABBY JECKS – Project Coordinator
Abby Jecks joined Russell in the Quad Cities office as a Project Coordinator in February. In her role, Abby assists project teams with documentation, scheduling, and communication efforts. She helps monitor project progress, organize key information, and support overall team coordination to keep projects running smoothly.
CHAD MATHIS – Superintendent
Chad Mathis joined Russell in the St. Louis office as a Superintendent in February. In his role, Chad manages daily field operations, working closely with subcontractors to maintain schedules, uphold safety standards, and deliver quality work in accordance with project plans.
CARA PIFER – VP of People and Culture
Cara Pifer joined Russell in the Quad Cities office as Vice President of People and Culture in March. In her role, Cara leads Russell’s people strategy, guiding talent acquisition, team member development, and initiatives that strengthen culture and organizational effectiveness across the company.
NATHAN SANDERS – VP, Mission Critical
Nathan Sanders joined Russell in the Kansas City office as Vice President, Mission Critical, in March. In his role, Nathan leads the growth and execution of Russell’s mission critical sector. He partners with clients, industry partners, and internal teams to deliver complex, high-performance environments while focusing on scaling operations, strengthening relationships, and building high-performing teams.
MICHAEL MCGEE – Site Safety & Health Officer
Michael McGee joined Russell in the Kansas City office as a Site Safety & Health Officer in March. In his role, Michael is responsible for implementing and monitoring safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. He conducts regular site inspections, leads safety training sessions, and collaborates with project teams to promote a culture of safety.
JOEY HERNDON – Assistant Superintendent
Joey Herndon joined Russell in the Springfield office as an Assistant Superintendent in March. In his role, Joey supports on-site operations by coordinating subcontractors, assisting with schedule management, and helping address and resolve day-to-day jobsite challenges.
NOLAN BRITT – Assistant Superintendent
Nolan Britt joined Russell in the Quad Cities office as an Assistant Superintendent in March. In his role, Nolan is responsible for day-to-day on-site activities, including coordinating subcontractors, managing schedule progress, and identifying and resolving on-site challenges.
SCOTT HARRIS – MEP Systems Specialist
Scott Harris joined Russell in the Quad Cities office as an MEP Systems Specialist in March. In his role, Scott ensures all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are installed, calibrated, and functioning according to design specifications, helping optimize performance and reduce risk across projects.
JOE MCCLINTOCK – Superintendent
Joe McClintock joined Russell in the Quad Cities office as a Superintendent in March. In his role, Joe directs day-to-day jobsite efforts, coordinating trade partners and monitoring progress to ensure projects stay on track, safe, and aligned with project expectations.
SHAWN WHITEBREAD –Â Superintendent
Shawn Whitebread joined Russell in the Quad Cities office as a Superintendent in March. In his role, Shawn oversees daily jobsite operations, coordinates subcontractors, and ensures projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project plans.
SHANNON MUCKENFUSS – Executive Assistant
Shannon Muckenfuss joined Russell in the Quad Cities office as an Executive Assistant in March. In her role, Shannon supports company leadership by helping keep daily operations running smoothly and efficiently. She partners closely with teams across the organization, coordinates communication, and serves as a reliable point of connection for both internal and external stakeholders.
LOGAN STODDARD – Preconstruction Manager
Logan Stoddard joined Russell in the Springfield office as a Preconstruction Manager in March. In his role, Logan supports project teams with budgeting, estimating, scheduling, and design coordination, helping align scope and cost early to position projects for successful delivery.
