Katie Clements is an accomplished construction professional with over 15 years of experience in estimating, planning, and project development. As Preconstruction Executive at Russell, she leads strategic preconstruction efforts across all markets, working closely with clients, design teams, and operations to ensure early alignment on project goals, budgets, and timelines.
With a strong technical background and a passion for delivering value-driven solutions, Katie is known for her attention to detail, collaborative approach, and commitment to transparency. Her leadership helps guide projects from concept through construction with a focus on risk mitigation, constructability, and long-term performance.
Katie holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management Engineering from San Diego State University and studied Structural Engineering at Kansas State University. She is a Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) and a past Vice President of the American Society of Professional Estimators (ASPE). She also remains actively engaged in her community through Shawnee Tomorrow Leadership (Class of 2023) and service on the Shawnee Board of Zoning Appeals.
