Groundbreaking: Quad City Bank & Trust Corporate Headquarters

QCR Holdings, Inc. (QCRH) and Quad City Bank & Trust (QCBT) officially broke ground on their new headquarters facility on May 15 at the southeast corner of Forest Grove Drive and Middle Road in Bettendorf, IA.

The new building will serve as the corporate headquarters for QCRH and become the sixth consumer banking branch for QCBT in the Quad Cities. The project brings together a local team, including Russell as the construction manager, Streamline Architects, Conceptual Design, Inc., IMEG, and Confluence.

Designed to offer a campus-like environment, the new facility will feature green space and areas to host community events—supporting QCBT’s mission to deepen its presence and engagement across the region.
