Jennifer Smith

As Russell’s General Counsel, Jennifer brings over 10 years of contract and lease negotiation and execution experience and property management and real estate law expertise. In this role, Jennifer leads and directs real estate development matters, including real estate acquisitions and entitlements. As general counsel, Jennifer provides critical legal guidance and service for construction contracting, risk-management, real estate, and general corporate matters.

Jennifer received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Iowa and her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Iowa College of Law. Passionate about her community, Jennifer is involved with the Humane Society of Scott County, United Way, and Junior Achievement.
