Russell has brought a wealth of intangible, or value-adds if you will, to the Galesburg Community School District.  Whether it is working with a high school physics class to understand the principles of a geothermal well and heat pump system or using Lego building blocks to help fifth graders understand the concept, Russell has gone above and beyond the norm to reach out and work with students and staff.
