Lucas Jones has been promoted to Preconstruction Manager! Lucas joined Russell two and a half years ago. Lucas has made a significant impact since joining the Russell team, collaborating closely with many clients. Lucas exemplifies the core value of APPRECIATING PEOPLE as he routinely supports his preconstruction peers while navigating his own significant workload. His contributions have made him a core member of the preconstruction team. Congratulations, Lucas!

Zach Ertz has been promoted to Project Manager! Since joining Russell as a Project Engineer in 2019, Zach has played a key role in delivering many successful and complex projects. Known for his adaptability and dedication, Zach has consistently risen to meet challenges. His commitment to learning, exceptional work ethic, and embodiment of INTEGRITY make him an invaluable member of our team. We deeply appreciate Zach’s willingness to travel and ensure the successful execution of projects for Russell. Congratulations, Zach, on this well-deserved promotion!

Abby Winfree has been promoted to Senior Project Coordinator!  Abby came to Russell in November of 2020 and has been a great asset to the PC team. Her knowledge of contractor and trade partner relationships has been very impactful to projects. Over the past year, Abby has expanded her construction and Procore knowledge while transitioning from smaller projects to working on some of Russell’s largest projects. Abby is a valued COMMUNITY leader who participates in Russell functions, dedicates time to onboarding new team members, and working with our summer interns. Congratulations, Abby!

Holly Galvin has been promoted to Talent Generalist! Since joining Russell over a year ago, Holly has demonstrated a strong commitment to our core value of APPRECIATING PEOPLE. Her dedication to supporting Russell team members through onboarding and benefits administration has been instrumental in welcoming new hires and ensuring they feel valued and supported. We are excited for Holly to continue to elevate Russell’s talent initiatives! Congratulations, Holly!

Ryan Leihsing has been promoted to Senior Superintendent! Ryan has been with Russell since 2006, starting out as a very skilled carpenter and winning his Heartland Reginal apprenticeship competition. Ryan worked his way to be an effective superintendent and now to a senior level, developing and maintaining a solid relationship through his CLIENT-CENTRIC approach with Russell’s clients. We look forward to Ryan’s continued growth! Congratulations, Ryan!

Sawyer Wild has been promoted to Superintendent! Sawyer started his career here at Russell in January of 2024. During his time at Russell, Sawyer has had a positive impact on several projects, leading with a CLIENT-CENTRIC mindset. We are grateful for Sawyer’s efforts and excited to be a part of his growth here at Russell! Congratulations, Sawyer!

Kurtis McCutcheon has been promoted to Superintendent! Kurtis began with Russell eight years ago as an apprentice and has been a model contributor on several impactful projects. Most recently, Kurtis has been a road warrior completing projects in Des Moines and Grinnell, IA , creating raving fans with his CLIENT-CENTRIC approach. Congratulations to Kurtis, we can’t wait to see what’s next!

Quentin Smith has been promoted to Superintendent! Quentin has been with Russell since 2021, developing and maintaining solid relationships through his CLIENT-CENTRIC approach. He is also a valued member of the Russell SAFETY Committee. We look forward to Quentin’s continued growth and we are thankful for his considerable contributions! Congratulations, Quentin!

Collin Medley has been promoted to Assistant Superintendent! Collin began with Russell as an apprentice over nine years ago and has steadily taken on more and more, always leaving raving fans behind. He has been CLIENT-CENTRIC from the start. We are excited to watch Collin continue to grow and see what he can accomplish next! Congratulations, Collin!

Chris Parshall has been promoted to Assistant Superintendent! Chris joined Russell a little over two years ago and has made big impacts right away helping lead the self-perform work on many projects. Chris constantly demonstrates INTEGRITY and SAFETY in his daily leadership. We can’t wait to see what Chris will do next! Congratulations, Chris!

Garrett Hamilton has been promoted to Foreman! Garrett joined Russell just under two years ago and has been a key member of the Russell Performance Group team. When a leadership opportunity presented itself after a teammate’s retirement, Garrett jumped at the opportunity and never looked back! Garrett is always looking out for the greater good, proving that INTEGRITY is part of his DNA. Congratulations, Garrett!

Andrew Zimmerman has been promoted to Foreman! Andrew joined Russell over seven years ago and has made great contributions over his time here. Recently, Andrew has spent time assisting the Russell Performance Group. Andrew displays his CLIENT-CENTRIC values in his leadership while serving Russell clients.
