wyffels hybrids announces new ames, iowa plant

We are excited for the opportunity to partner with Wyffels Hybrids once again as the design/builder for their new site in Ames, Iowa! 

Based out of Geneseo, Illinois, the regional family-owned seed company recently announced its multi-year expansion plan. Phase I will include a 172,000 s.f. distribution warehouse with cold storage (50°F/50% humidity) that is set to break ground in Spring 2023.
