JONATHAN CRAMER – Superintendent
Jonathan Cramer joined Russell in the Quad Cities office as a Superintendent in January. Jonathan brings over 20 years of experience in the construction industry to Russell. In his role, Jonathan oversees day to day operations of project jobsites.
MIKE WHALEN – Superintendent
Mike Whalen joined Russell in the Quad Cities office as a Superintendent in January. Mike has over 30 years of construction industry experience, specializing in multi-family and student housing. In his new role, Mike oversees project jobsite operations, working closely with Project Managers and trade partners.
STEPHANIE GUION – Warranty Coordinator/Senior Project Coordinator
Stephanie Guion joined Russell in the St. Louis office as a Warranty Coordinator / Senior Project Coordinator in January. Stephanie brings over 27 years of experience to Russell. In her role, Stephanie assists the project teams through construction as well as after a project is completed.
KAY DEGNAN – RFM Office Assistant
Kay Degnan joined Russell in the Quad Cities office as a Russell Facilities Management Assistant in January. Kay brings over 25 years of experience to Russell. In her role, Kay assists the Russell Facilities Management (RFM) team with day-to-day activities.
SARAH STRODE – Project Coordinator
Sarah Strode joined Russell in the Kansas City office as a Project Coordinator in February. In her role, Sarah’s key project responsibilities include assisting the project team with documenting, reporting, project planning, and resource allocation.
JOHN WORDEN – Superintendent
John Worden joined Russell in the Kansas City office as a Superintendent in February. John has over 39 years of experience in the construction industry. In his role, John’s responsibilities include overseeing day to day tasks on project jobsites, collaborating closely with Project Managers and trade partners.
SAWYER WILD – Field Engineer
Sawyer Wild joined Russell in the Quad Cities office as a Field Engineer in January. Sawyer graduated from the University of Wisconsin Platteville where he studied Construction Management. In his new role, Sawyer provides technical support, troubleshoots, and offers on-site assistance on project job sites, working closely with the project manager, engineers, and construction teams.
JOHN DOHLE – Project Manager
John Dohle joined Russell in the St. Louis office as a Project Manager in January. John received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana – Champaign. As Project Manager, John’s responsibilities include cost estimate preparation, overall project organization, project management, budget analysis, and schedule management through contract closeout.
JACKSON LAUTENSCHLAGER – Senior Preconstruction Manager
Jackson Lautenschlager joined Russell in the St. Louis office as a Senior Preconstruction Manager in February. Jackson earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from St. Louis University. In his role, Jackson engages in the preconstruction planning phases of the project to provide design phase management, cost planning, and schedule control.
STEVE PLATT – Senior Project Manager
Steve Platt joined Russell in the St. Louis office as a Senior Project Manager in March. With over 30 years in the construction industry, Steve’s project experience includes healthcare, higher education, retail, and industrial. As a Senior Project Manager, Steve is responsible for managing project schedules and budgets from project conception through close out.
TYLER JAMES – VDC Manager
Tyler James joined Russell in the St. Louis office as a VDC Manager in March. Tyler studied Industrial Electricity and Programmable Logic Controllers at Linn State Technical College. In his role, Tyler oversees the implementation and management of virtual design and construction processes, leveraging technology to enhance collaboration and efficiency.
JUSTIN HOERNER – Project Manager
Justin Hoerner joined Russell in the Quad Cities office as a Project Manager in March. Justin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Construction Management from the University of Northern Iowa. Justin’s responsibilities include cost estimate preparation, overall project organization, project management, budget analysis, and schedule management through contract closeout.
ALEX HERNANDEZ – Project Engineer
Alex Hernandez joined Russell in the Quad Cities office as a Project Engineer in March. Alex has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Marketing from Grand View University. In his role, Alex’s responsibilities are to lend support to the project manager, and assist in budget and schedule creation, maintenance, and adherence.
ASHLEY VASQUEZ – RFM Laborer
Ashley Vasquez joined Russell in the Quad Cities office as a Russell Facility Management Assistant in March. In her role, Ashley is responsible for various day-to-day tasks of the Russell Facilities Management (RFM) team.
KYLE FERGUSON – Superintendent
Kyle Ferguson joined Russell in the Quad Cities office as a Superintendent in March. In his role, Kyle is responsible for day-to-day on-site activities, including coordination of sub-contractors, schedule control, and resolution of any on-site challenges that may arise.
