Ribbon Cutting: QUAD CITY BANK & TRUST BRADY STREET
Quad City Bank & Trust celebrated their new facility upgrades with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Wednesday, January 24th, 2024.
This project included four phases of facility upgrades over five years. The first two phases included a 16,600 s.f. interior renovation including portions of the lower level, first floor, and second floor, as well as upgrades to the entire building electrical and HVAC systems.
Phase three consisted of a 13,000 s.f. interior renovation of the existing office space on the second floor of the building. This phase also included demolition of existing partitions, flooring, ceilings, ductwork, and first floor bathroom, as well as the construction of new office spaces, doors and frames, flooring, ceilings, and ductwork.
The fourth and final phase comprised a 7,500 s.f. demolition and remodel of the first-floor lobby and teller area.
The ribbon cutting celebration of their new space coincides with the kick-off celebration of Quad City Bank & Trust’s 30th anniversary. The bank celebrated by honoring their founding members and were also presented with a plaque from the Quad Cities Chamber highlighting their 30 years of serving the community.
