ROB BERGER – Senior Preconstruction Manager

During his time at Russell, Rob has been a key member of the Preconstruction Team. He excels in his ability to lead the design phase of a project and continuously demonstrates our core value of being Client-Centric. His superior leadership skills have resulted in many clients and architects specifically requesting to have Rob on their design team! Some of his recent contributions include projects for Wyffels Hybrids, multiple projects for John Deere, North Scott School District, and the Army Reserve Center in Conroe, Texas.

PATRICK LEMKUIL – Project Manager 

Since joining Russell in 2019, Patrick has been a major project contributor including Eye Surgical Associates, The Peter J. Lindberg Center for Health & Human Performance at Augustana College, and Genesis Health System.  In his free time, Patrick enjoys flying drones and homebrewing his own craft beer.  He personifies our Russell culture and has received rave reviews from his project teams and clients.  Patrick is currently leading several projects at the Russell Industrial Park in Davenport, IA.

JOHN FOUT – Senior VDC Manager

During his time at Russell, John has been an essential member of our VDC team. He has been integral in expanding our VDC services wholistically with his exceptional technical ability. As leader of the ever-expanding VDC Drone Crew, John fosters team communication and best practices, while ensuring that we are in compliance with our FFA regulatory requirements. If you are looking for Innovation in the construction industry, John is your guy!

CODY STABLER –Senior Preconstruction Manager

Over his time at Russell, Cody has shown incredible drive and growth as he has transitioned from estimating to preconstruction. This has been an incredible year for Cody as he simultaneously managed multiple projects for Renewal by Anderson, Courtyard by Marriott, the Mount Carroll Davis Community Center, UnityPoint Muscatine, and Kent Corp McKee Building.
