Russell is very pleased to announce the promotion of several team members!
AARON KENDALL – Preconstruction Executive
During his 14 years at Russell, Aaron has demonstrated remarkable leadership skills in a number of Preconstruction efforts including Department of Veterans Affairs Leasebacks, growth initiatives for our Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) department and the development of new talent. In his new role, Aaron will continue these responsibilities, while adding a fresh focus to the design phase management aspect of the Preconstruction process.
DAVE FURNESS – Senior Preconstruction Manager
Dave has been an indispensable member of our Preconstruction Team for the past six years. He is a consummate professional who has earned this recognition through hard work and a willingness to accept any challenge that comes his way. Just a few of Dave’s most recent contributions include the Galesburg School District #205 Master Plan, Orion Technical College, and the Russell Industrial Park. In the immediate future, Dave will lead the Preconstruction efforts needed for the Black Hawk College Master Plan.
CHRIS ADAMS – Project Manager
Chris is in his fourth year with Russell HBD, our STL office, and has continued to grow personally and in his leadership. He is willing to take on anything and is a dedicated professional. He was a critical piece of the Blessing Health System project in Quincy, Illinois, and has jumped in to close out the Missouri Foundation for Health project. Chris has also supported the 21C project team on several items, and is now getting things teed up to lead the $14 MM Crown Center senior living project.
BRENNAN KARBER – Project Manager
Brennan previously served as an intern and has been with Russell since 2018. During his tenure, he has managed some of our more complex HVAC school upgrade projects with Dixon Public School District and Moline-Coal Valley School District No. 40. He is currently managing the Aspire renovation at Moline High School.
ERIN WYANT – Director of Marketing & Client Relations
Erin has been a Russell team member for 14 years, and in her time here she has grown and developed the marketing department’s duties and resulting successes. Ask her just about any project Russell has built, and she will know the details because she’s probably photographed it, written about it, or promoted it. She is the shepherd of the Russell brand in our communities, ensuring we protect and promote Russell to the highest standards. In her new role she will lead all marketing and client-facing activities to help Russell achieve its growth goals.
