BRIAN HARRY – Vice President, Quad Cities
Since joining Russell in 2017, Brian has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership skills; taking on roles from Senior Project Manager to Project Executive to now, Vice President. In his new role, Brian is responsible for leading and developing teams, managing budgets and risk, and ensuring operational excellence on all projects.Â

ED O’CONNOR –Â Director of Field Operations
Ed has been a valued member of the Russell team since 2014. As a driven leader, Ed has built his career at Russell, moving up from Project Engineer to Project Manager, to Director of Performance Division, and now to Director of Field Operations. In his new role, Ed is responsible for overseeing field operations, field resources, self-perform tasks, business planning, preconstruction and project management, and process implementation and improvement.
SCOTT SIBLEY– Project Executive
Since joining Russell in 2017, Scott has been a key player in the success of numerous projects including Windmill Landings senior living facility and multiple K-12 education renovations. In his new role, Scott is responsible for providing operational leadership to project teams in the Quad Cities office.Â

NOAH FORNERO GREEN– Support Analyst
Since joining Russell in 2022, Noah has been integral in expanding our Information Systems services. He has shown incredible drive and growth and is a fast-paced learner in a multitude of areas in the Information Systems world. He excels in problem solving, while maintaining a calm demeanor.

GRACE GUNDLACH – Project Manager
Grace started her career at Russell as an intern and officially joined as a Project Engineer in 2019. Over the years she has completed multiple projects for Geifman First Equity, Iowa 80 Group, and RK Dixon. She is currently supporting the Belmar Pharmaceutical projects in Colorado. In her new role, she will be leading the Wyffels Hybrids project in Ames, IA. Grace is also a key player in our recruitment and onboarding efforts. She supports the Russell internship program and leads the Young Leaders Group in the Quad Cities.
TYLER SHATEK – Project Manager
Tyler started his career at Russell as an intern and officially joined the team as a Project Engineer in 2020. During his time at Russell, he has worked on the Le Meridien Hotel and several projects for John Deere including Coal Valley exterior improvements, World Headquarters site improvements, JDIS office renovation, and his latest project at World Headquarters West Office Building renovation. He is currently helping with preconstruction efforts on John Deere Silvis atrium expansion and storage building in Silvis, IL. Tyler is also a valuable member of the Procore Task Force.
