ERIC SCHROEDER – Senior Project Manager
Since joining Russell in April 2022, Eric has been a key member of the Kansas City team. He excels in leading and contributing innovative solutions to issues that drive the success of Russell forward including improvements to the prequalification process and how teams utilize Procore. Eric is currently leading several projects including the renovation of Foxwood Senior Living in Kansas City, MGM Healthcare Seminole Care and Rehabilitation Center in Seminole, OK and the revitalization of the Buck O’Neil Education and Research Center.
TRAVIS ODNEAL – Senior Preconstruction Manager
Since joining Russell, Travis has already put his stamp on the preconstruction department in St. Louis and will continue to be a key play in further developing the department for future growth. Even early in Travis’ tenure, he has been instrumental in the preconstruction efforts of the Concordia Lutheran Church and Lutheran High School South projects.
KYLE VAHLING– Project Manager
After joining Russell in April 2021, Kyle has continuously been willing to work, learn, and contribute in every way that he can. Kyle is currently working to finish strong on the Logan Villas project and he will next be leading the charge on the Napa Auto Parts build-out. Kyle is a team player that will be at the core of Russell’s future.
STEVE DRAPER –Senior Preconstruction Manager
Steve is a key contributor to the overall culture of the St. Louis office. His work since joining Russell has been on the Dobbs-Columbia, MO and Ace Hardware projects. As a people-first kind of person, Steve personifies Russell’s mission of building great relationships with his ability to bring others together.
JIMMY MCKINNEY –Assistant Superintendent
Jimmy has displayed the ability to lead multiple complex projects with demanding sequencing and scheduling parameters. Clients & team members are delighted by his consistent leadership, attention to detail, and relentless follow-up. Jimmy exemplifies Russell’s core values of Client Centric and leading with Integrity!
LUCAS HAYES –Assistant Superintendent
Over the past 9 years, Lucas has been a high performer in the field. Lucas’ well rounded carpentry skills and ability to mentor carpenters has provided significant growth within the Performance Division. Recently, his leadership has been instrumental in our success with various clients; The Iowa 80 Group, Beit Shalom, Geifman First Equity, & Rock Valley PT. Lucas is an outstanding example of the leader that can transform the field for years to come!
KELLY YOUNG -Vice President of Government Development
Kelly has been instrumental in the growth of government work during her nearly 5 years at the Russell. Her contributions have included multiple VACBOC leaseback projects and the Rock Island Federal Building. She is a bright light in the company and always represents Russell with the highest level of professionalism. As a proponent of our value of community, she serves on the Renew Moline board and volunteers with Junior Achievement.
TOM QUINN -Vice President of Preconstruction
As a champion of our core value of innovation, Tom has spearheaded the implementation of preconstruction technology, including Destini and a PowerBI historical estimating database. We also appreciate Tom for his strong team leadership; the preconstruction team excels at collaboration, professionalism, attention to detail, and open communication, not to mention producing 400+ estimates annually! Outside of work, Tom is a Commissioner for the City of Davenport, Iowa’s Zoning Board of Adjustments, a member of the American Society of Professional Estimators (ASPE), on the Board of Education at Lourdes Catholic School.
