Russell is very pleased to announce the promotion of LEE MARBACH to Senior Project Manager, DARRIN PEARSALL to Project Manager and ALEC JENSEN to Project Manager!

Lee has been a strong contributor in his time with Russell, joining the team almost 12 years ago. His contributions have been widespread, and he has worked on many project types including schools, hotels, senior living and government. Recent project include Home2 Suites in Bettendorf, Overlook Village in Moline and six projects with Galesburg Schools. Lee is also a key team member on the implementation and standardization of our project management software and an active member of the Design/Build Institute of America.

Darrin has been with Russell for six years and has been a part of projects in the K-12, higher education, retail, manufacturing and government sectors. Most recently, he has managed the Veterans Affairs Clinic in Norfolk, NE that is close to completion and the recently finished McLaughlin Body Company renovation in Rock Island, IL. As one of the first leaders of Russell’s internal onboarding committee, helping to structure and improve the entire employee onboarding process, our employee retention rate has significantly improved. Darrin is also a leader of the Planning Committee for the Big Brothers Big Sisters Putt-A-Round event and organizes the Russell teams and our hole for the event each year.

Being full-time with Russell for over two years, Alec interned with us in the summers of 2016 and 2017, as well as during his last year of school.  Alec has been a key contributor and more recently a leader on many projects for one of our top manufacturing clients locally. Other projects Alec has been on include the Coe College Athletics & Recreation Complex in Cedar Rapids and Sunset Heights in Rock Island.

We are lucky to have you all on our team and are proud of your accomplishments. Congratulations, Lee, Darrin & Alec!
