Award-winning historic renovation of the Continental Building.
This 1927 landmark was in a state of terminal decay after the facility sat vacant for many years. This project included 110,000 s.f. historic renovation to transform this facility into 107 apartments with a four-story parking garage, swimming pool, and bocce ball court. The complete and total renovation was able to provide the necessary updates while still abiding by historic guidelines.
