The site at Platte County R-III School District was developed for a new middle school accomodating 700 students. Construction management services for the completion of the new middle school were provided.
Teaming with the District and ACI-Frangkiser Hutchens Architects, we built the new middle school for 6th and 7th-grade students with separate communities on different sides of the building. These areas are designed around a central media center and computer labs.
The 113,000 s.f. facility is designed with an area for central large group instruction and is located near the core for use by all teams with small group instructional areas in each community.
