The project consisted of the renovation of 192 apartment units throughout 12 individual buildings on a scattered City site. The project included the construction of a new 3,081 s.f. community building and renovation of an existing abandoned building which was repurposed as a new 2,100 s.f. laundry and maintenance building. The project included MHDC tax credits and Section 3 requirements.
