44,679 s.f. new 50-unit LIHTC senior housing development in Raytown, Missouri. The wood-framed, single-story complex is comprised of seven six-unit buildings, two four-unit buildings, and one community building on a 10.5 acre site.
Throughout the project, Russell proactively communicated with the Owner through bi-weekly reports. As items arose, this ensured the Owner was informed and updated on the project’s progress. The project didn’t come without challenges as there were a large number of weather delays. These delays were documented, and through that documentations, the Russell team gained the additional timed needed to complete the project.
