This project consisted of the 20,000 s.f. construction of a new childcare facility with new administrative offices and glazing in the lobby. The building construction type is a slab-on-grade with traditional wood framing and a masonry brick veneer. Additionally, the project required public utility relocation and extensive private sidewalks and playgrounds. A 6,500 s.f. community garden featuring a greenhouse, outdoor classroom, and multiple planting beds was constructed directly next door.
