This project was in partnership with Friendly Temple Missionary Baptist Church to construct a new, three-story, 59-apartment building to provide elderly housing for the neighborhood. Due to the success of the first building, plans for an additional 52 apartments were put into motion by Trivers Associates a couple of years later. The entire project was classified as a HUD 202 Program.
