Russell’s in-house team of development professionals worked with the First American State Bank organization in order to relocate them into the Birchwood Fields Office park. The opportunity was brought to Russell as a national retailer desired the prime site owned by the bank. Russell negotiated a property exchange to accommodate the need of both national retailer and the First American State Bank in the development of this branch bank.
