As General Contractor, Russell delivered the Skybridge in downtown Davenport through a Design-Bid-Build approach. The 600-foot-long pedestrian bridge stands 50 feet above grade and connects key downtown amenities across River Drive.

The project included:

  • Drilled pier foundation system supporting a fully glass-enclosed bridge
  • LED dynamic multi-color lighting system
  • Observation decks on both ends
  • Four elevators
