The seven-acre site was transformed into a new, 83,000 s.f. state-of-the-art outpatient medical services facility bringing both design elements and patient care services that are unmatched throughout the city of Quincy, Illinois.
Having all outpatient services under one roof with this new facility provides a new level of patient care and convenience for both the patients and medical staff.
In addition to meeting Blessing’s patient care needs, construction efforts included extensive site work, unique interior, and exterior building finishes, hospital-grade MEPF systems, technology-integrated furniture, and medical equipment which all contributed to providing Blessing with the most iconic medical office building in Quincy.
The new building is comprised of nine individual specialty patient care departments. The building also offers imaging services (MRI, CT, X-ray), a laboratory, retail space, restaurant space, and office space.
This project was an AGC Keystone Awarded Finalist.
