Located on seven acres of a 12-acre site, the new facility, developed by Russell, features both fixed and open office concepts. At the national headquarters for this century-old organization, Russell and our design team partners took the opportunity to introduce highly interactive workspaces, maximized natural light, and the latest technology in building systems. Other features of the facility include private offices, meeting/conference rooms, an employee service area, and an outdoor plaza.
